Confirmation Email

An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as a tax receipt and confirmation of your registration. A reminder email may be sent 1 to 4 days prior to the seminar or workshop. If you don’t receive a confirmation email please call us to confirm course details.

Course Cancellations and Refunds

American Dream University reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a seminar due to speaker conflicts or insufficient registration. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to let clients know if a course has to be rescheduled or cancelled at least two business days before the event, with a standing policy of letting clients know when we know.

If American Dream University cancels a seminar, you will be given the option to transfer to a later date, or be issued a credit towards a future seminar or package of your choice. Requests for refunds are handled in accordance with the American Dream University Refund Policy, please see below.

Refund Policy

Refund requests made more than 14 business days prior to a seminar will be subject to an administration fee of 20 percent of the seminar price unless the refund is due to cancellation, rescheduling or significant relocation (more than 25 miles distant from original location). If American Dream University cancels, reschedules or relocates an event, clients may request and receive a 100% refund.

Refunds are not given less than two weeks prior to a live training event subject to the terms as expressed below. For serious and compelling reason, at the sole discretion of American Dream University, refunds may be given on a case by case basis. If you believe your reason is serious and compelling, contact American Dream University directly to communicate your need.

Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be applied as credit towards a future seminar or package of your choice. No refunds, transfers or credit will be issued on the day of, or after, the seminar except according to the following terms:

American Dream University offers this Satisfaction Guarantee on Day One of our live training events. 1. You must attend the first day of the event in its entirety. 2. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may turn in your materials at the end of the day, do a short exit interview or exit questionnaire, and request a full refund of all fees paid.

Cancellation requests may be submitted in person, by phone, email, or online. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment, to the extent possible, in a reasonable period of time.
